Drug Formulation

Tianfu 3 fen (roasted until slightly yellow), Yeming Sha half liang (lightly roasted), snake shed skin half liang (burned to ash), Coptis chinensis 3 fen, ox gallbladder 1 qian (finely ground), white alum ash 1 fen, cinnabar 1 qian (finely ground), musk 1 qian (finely ground), Strychnos nux-vomica seeds 1 fen (rinsed in water to remove floating seeds, then roasted until yellowish-black).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and form into pills the size of mung beans using glutinous rice.

Instructions for Use

For a 3-year-old child, take 3 pills per dose on an empty stomach with boiled water. After taking the medicine, bathe the child in Peach and Willow Decoction, then cover the child with a light-colored garment. After a while, parasites should emerge; those that are yellow, white, or red are easy to treat, while black ones are difficult to cure.
