Drug Formulation

Half a jin of Xianhu (root tip removed), half a jin of Chaihu (stems removed), half a jin of Qin Jiao (stems and soil removed), half a jin of licorice (roasted), 1 jin of fennel seeds (roasted), 1 jin of wood fragrant,Cinnamon Bark (with coarse bark removed) 1 jin, Areca Nuts 10 pieces, Cardamom (shelled) half a jin, Peony Root half a jin, Green Tangerine Peel (white pith removed) half a jin, Ligusticum Root half a jin, Sweet Shepherd’s Purse half a jin (lightly roasted), Platycodon Root 4 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose; add 1 zhan of water and 2 jujubes (split open), decoct together until reduced to 7 fen, strain, and take warm before meals.
