Cicada Shed Skin (cleaned of soil): half liang; Snake Shed Skin (roasted): 3 qian; Chuanxiong: 1 liang; Fangfeng: 1 liang; Qianghuo: 1 liang; Roasted Licorice: 1 liang; Danggui: 1 liang; White Poria: 1 liang; Red Peony Root: 3 liang; Cangzhu: 4 liang; Shijue Ming (boiled in Dongliu water for 1 fu, then ground to a very fine powder): 1.5 liang.

Instructions for Use
Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with thick rice water after meals and before bedtime; hot or clear tea may also be used.
