1 liang of Prepared Rehmannia, 4 qian of Cornus officinalis, 4 qian of Morinda officinalis, 5 qian of Atractylodes macrocephala, 5 qian of Ginseng, 3 qian of Poria cocos, and 2 grains of Amomum villosum.

Instructions for Use
