280 g of cuttlefish bone, 200 g of dandelion, 100 g of Chinese yam, 100 g of Bletilla striata, 100 g of ginger-processed Pinellia, and 10 g of Datura metel.

Processing

(1) Grind the Chinese yam into a fine powder and sieve it. (2) Decoct Bletilla striata, Ginger-processed Pinellia, and dandelion twice, for 2 hours each time; clarify the extract, filter it, and evaporate it to a specific gravity of 1.16 (measured at 90°C).(3) Prepare the Chinese bellflower as a coarse powder; using the percolation method with 50% ethanol as the solvent, macerate for 24 hours, then begin percolation and evaporate to a specific gravity of 1.16 (measured at 90°C).(4) Grind the cuttlefish bone, remove the residue, and sieve through a 120-mesh sieve. (5) Combine the fine powders from steps (1) and (4) with the concentrated extracts from steps (2) and (3), and process them into granules using the granulation method. Press into tablets to obtain the final product. Each tablet weighs approximately 0.5 g (equivalent to 0.8 g of the raw herbal material).
