Grind the above ingredients into a powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 5 fen per dose; add a pinch of salt and one slice of fresh ginger, then decoct in water and drink. Alternatively, add Xiangfu, Sha Ren, Chen Pi, or Ban Xia; or add Zhi Ke, Shen Qu, Mai Ya, E Zhu, Qing Pi, or Mu Xiang—add as appropriate.
