Drug Formulation

1 liang of Evodia fruit (soaked in hot water 7 times, dried in an oven, lightly roasted), 2 liang of aged tangerine peel (soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried in an oven), 1 jin of fresh ginger (squeezed for juice), 1 sheng of ash-free wine, 2 liang of Aconite root (roasted until cracked, skin and pith removed), 1 liang of Angelica root (chopped, lightly roasted).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. First, combine the ginger juice and wine in a cauldron and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly. Next, add the herbal powder and simmer until it forms a paste. When the mixture is ready for shaping, form it into pills the size of a tung tree seed.
