Drug Formulation

1 liang of Epimedium, 1.5 liang of Achyranthes (soaked in wine), 1 raw papaya, 1.5 liang of Smilax, 1 liang of Dogspine (hairs removed).

Processing

Except for Achyranthes root, soak the other four ingredients in rice vinegar; stir-fry them in a wok in batches until the vinegar has evaporated; dry them in an oven and grind into a powder; then soak the raw Achyranthes root in vinegar; mix with a paste made from flour and wine to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30–40 pills per dose, washed down with cold wine before meals.
