Half liang of Sichuan Aconite, half liang of Aconite Root (both used raw, with skin and pith removed), half liang of Tiannanxing (raw), half liang of Pinellia (raw), and half liang of dried ginger.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from soybeans boiled in vinegar to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
