Drug Formulation

2 fen of Schisandra berries, 5 fen of Dodder seeds, 2 fen of Cistanche, 1 fen of Realgar, 2 fen of pine resin, 3 fen of Cnidium seeds, 3 fen of Polygala (with the core removed), 1 fen of Orpiment, 1 fen of white honey, and half a fen of chicken droppings.

Processing

Decoct with 1 sheng 2 he of lard; first add orpiment, then sequentially add chicken droppings, honey, pine resin, and the remaining herbs—all of which should be ground into powder beforehand—until the ointment is formed.
