Drug Formulation

8 liang of Prepared Rehmannia (pounded into a paste), 3 liang of Cornus fruit, 2 liang of Angelica sinensis, 2 liang of Ophiopogon (core removed), 2 liang of Coix seed, 2 liang of Achyranthes root, 1 liang of White Mustard Seed, 1 liang of Scrophularia root, 1 liang 5 qian of Salvia root, and 5 qian of Northern Schisandra.

Processing

Grind each ingredient into a fine powder; extract the juice from 6 liang of fresh ginger, mix it with refined honey, and combine with the Rehmannia glutinosa paste to form pills.

Instructions for Use

Take 2 qian per dose, gradually increasing to 3–4 qian; mix with 3 qian of aged rice, decoct in water, and take with the decoction.
