Drug Formulation

1 qian of musk, 4 liang of Aquilaria aconite, 4 liang of Wulingzhi, 4 liang of Fangfeng, 4 liang of fine ink, 3.5 liang of licorice, and 1 qian of frankincense.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; prepare a Ephedra paste; mix with fine wine and cold-food flour to form pills the size of a marble.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose and chew it thoroughly. For left-sided paralysis or right-sided paralysis, and for contusions and injuries, take with vinegar or sweet melon seed decoction; for headaches, take with cooled tea; for pain in tendons and bones, take with warm wine; to treat typhoid fever, take with warm decoction; for painful boils and swellings, take with a decoction of Trichosanthes kirilowii prepared with wine.
