For external use, decoct 2 liang of Maoshan Atractylodes (roasted), 1 liang of mugwort, 3 qian of Sichuan pepper, and 3 qian of fennel seeds. Use the steam to fumigate the affected area. Once the decoction has cooled slightly, wash the scrotum with it. Continue until all cold water and cold air trapped in the pores have been expelled through sweating; do not interrupt the treatment.
