Drug Formulation

2 fen of pearl, 5 fen of cinnabar, 3 fen of ox bile, 3 fen of camphor, 3 fen of indigo powder, 3 fen of frankincense, 3 fen of myrrh, 5 qian of scrophularia root, 5 fen of realgar, 5 qian of lithospermum root, 3 qian of antelope horn, 3 qian of notopterygium root, 3 qian of amber, 3 qian of licorice, 3 qian of Siamese horn, 3 qian of peach kernels,Chrysanthemum flowers 3 qian, Lonicera flowers 1 liang, Viola yedoensis 1 liang.

Processing

First, grind the pearl, cinnabar, camphor, and ox bile separately into a powder. Then, grind the remaining herbs together into a fine powder, mix them gradually until uniform, and knead with refined honey to form pills. Each pill should weigh 3 fen 5 li. Coat them with bright red gold, wrap them in cotton paper, seal them with wax paper, and store them in a porcelain jar.

Instructions for Use

For children aged 3 and older, take 1 pill per dose; for those aged 7 and older, take 2 pills per dose. In severe cases, take 3–4 doses daily and nightly.
