Drug Formulation

Half a jin of Phaselus (use 4 liang of the root tip; 2 liang roasted, 2 liang raw), 1 liang of Cyperus rhizome (cleaned; half roasted, half raw), and half a liang of Melia toosendan (half roasted, half raw).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 20 cloves of garlic, half lightly roasted and half raw, and pound them into a paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Benefits

Swelling and severe, stabbing pain in the lower abdomen.

Instructions for Use

Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach with scallion and salt broth. Continue until 2–3 bowel movements occur; if bowel movements do not occur, increase the dose; if they do occur, reduce the dose.

Note

Avoid wet noodles.
