Drug Formulation

Half liang of mercury (formed into granules using tin), half liang of Pinellia(washed 7 times in hot water to remove slipperiness, then pounded with fresh ginger and sun-dried), Tiannanxing half liang (roasted), white alum half liang (simmered until the liquid evaporates), ginseng half liang, white Poria 1 fen (black skin removed), lead frost 1 fen (ground), talcum powder half qian (ground), indigo powder 1 liang (ground), silver foil 20 pieces (ground and mixed into the medicine).
