Drug Formulation

Qianhu (with root tip removed) 1 liang, Qinpi (with coarse bark removed) 1 liang, Xixin (with stems and leaves removed) 1 liang,1 liang of Gardenia seeds, 1 liang of Cassia seeds (lightly roasted), 1 liang of Scutellaria root (with black core removed), 1 liang of Fructus Aurantii (pulp removed, roasted with wheat bran), 1 liang of Cimicifuga root, 1 liang of Euphorbia seeds, 1 liang of Licorice root (roasted, coarsely chopped).

Instructions for Use

Take 5 qian per dose; add 1.5 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 8 fen, strain, and take warm after meals and before bedtime.
