Drug Formulation

4 liang of Southern Pinellia (soaked in hot water and rinsed 7 times), 1 liang of Galangal, and 1 liang of Cardamom.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; use the natural juice of fresh ginger to cook a wheat-starch paste, then form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 15–20 pills at a time, washed down with ginger tea, at any time of day. Particularly suitable for those who consume raw or cold foods during the summer months. Even taking as many as 70–80 pills is harmless; adding 2 liang of Cyperus rotundus is especially effective.
