Instructions for Use

Soak the lead flakes in no more than 15 jin of high-quality “Duihua” liquor. Seal the jar’s mouth with clay, then simmer over a double boiler using alternating gentle and moderate heat for one day and one night. Bury the jar in the ground for seven days to dispel the fiery energy. Take 1–2 cups as desired in the morning and evening. Once the pain in the tendons and bones subsides, take the Eight-Treasure Pill to consolidate the therapeutic effect.
