Drug Formulation

1 set of sheep kidneys (finely sliced), 8 liang of magnetite (wrapped in cotton), 8 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala, 4 liang of Astragalus membranaceus, 4 liang of Poria cocos, 4 liang of dried ginger, and 3 liang of Cinnamomum cassia.

Instructions for Use

Cut the ingredients as directed. Boil in 3 dou of water until reduced to 7 sheng; strain out the residue. Divide into 1-sheng doses, taking 4 doses during the day and 3 at night. Store in a dry container; add water every 6 months.

Note

Avoid raw scallions, peaches, plums, sparrow meat, vinegar, and similar foods.
