Hernia.

Instructions for Use

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use fine silk to make a padded abdominal wrap; position it so that the front panel covers the abdomen and extends past the navel, while the lower part slopes downward like a trough to protect the scrotum. Attach a small tail at the back and secure it with a sash, ensuring it does not interfere with ritual ablutions. For major ritual ablutions, remove the bandage and turn it forward; wrap it over the waist and kidneys—but do not wrap it above the kidneys. Line the front and back with cotton; evenly infuse the cotton with the aforementioned medicinal powder, moisten it slightly with a mixture of wine and water, cover the cotton with thin rice paper, and secure it in place. Turn the cotton to the inside, as if sewing a cotton-padded garment. Wear it regularly to bind the waist and abdomen, protecting the scrotum so that the medicinal vapors can permeate the area.
