Drug Formulation

14 pieces of Dahanxia (split into 4 pieces; when preparing the formula, dig a small pit 8 cuns deep in a quiet spot under the eaves, and heat the pieces until red-hot over a fire.Wrap the Pinellia in Xue Li leaves, place it in the pit, pour a small bowl of rice vinegar over it, and cover it with soil. After one Zhou, remove the Pinellia. Use 21 Mylabris and 49 Eupolyphaga (remove wings and legs), stir-fry the Pinellia until yellow, then discard the Mylabris and Eupolyphaga),2 pairs of Stone Swallows (calcined over fire and quenched in vinegar, then ground to a fine powder), 1.5 liang of Yangqishi (stir-fried with 3 qian of rock salt, then remove the salt residue), 1.5 liang of Ling Sha, 1.5 liang of Dragon Bone, 7 Chebulic Myrobalan fruits (baked, pitted), 25 grains of Amomum villosum, 1 liang of Ophiopogon japonicus (core removed),1.5 liang of raw silkworm moths (remove wings and legs; stir-fry; use only those that have not mated), 1.5 liang of mulberry cuttlefish bone (stir-fry with 49 spotted beetles; remove the beetles and discard them).
