Half a liang of nutmeg, half a liang of chebulic myrobalan, half a liang of white Poria, half a liang of white Atractylodes, half a liang of lotus seed meat, half a liang of Angelica sinensis, 1.5 liang of poppy husks (honey-roasted), and 3 qian of frankincense.
