Instructions for Use

First, rub a small amount of musk onto the navel. Then, fill the navel with Yeming Sand. Take a piece of Sophora japonica bark, remove the outer coarse layer, and shape it to the size of the navel; use a needle to pierce several holes in it and place it on top of the Yeming Sand. Mix flour with wine to form a barrier around the area, fill it with roasted salt, and moxibustion with seven sets of seven moxa cones the size of a fingertip. If the salt becomes damp, replace it frequently.
