Instructions for Use

Boil 4 shi of water down to 4 dou 9 sheng; use this to ferment 5 dou of rice according to standard methods. Separately, boil the Trifoliate Orange Leaf to extract its juice, then soak the rice in this juice and mix it with the fermented rice. Seal the mixture for 7 days until the wine is ready. Drink it.
