Drug Formulation

Angelica sinensis (washed with wine, root base removed) 1 qian 5 fen, Ligusticum chuanxiong (stems removed) 1 qian, Paeonia lactiflora (white) 8 fen, Glycyrrhiza uralensis (roasted) 5 fen, Rehmannia glutinosa (cooked, washed with wine) 1 qian, Atractylodes macrocephala (stems removed) 1 qian, Citrus reticulata (Guangdong, washed) 1 qian, Poria cocos (peeled) 8 fen,Ciprus Leaf (stems removed) 1 qian (harvested from the east in spring, the south in summer, the west in autumn, and the north in winter), Cyperus Rhizome (pounded in a mortar to remove hairs) 1 qian 5 fen, Schisandra Berry (stems removed) 8 fen, Anemarrhena Rhizome (hairs removed, no traces of iron) 8 fen, Ophiopogon Tuber (washed with wine, core removed) 10 pieces, Scutellaria Root (thick and solid, stems removed) 8 fen.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients and prepare one dose. Use 2 zhong of water, add 3 slices of fresh ginger and 1 jujube, and decoct until reduced to 7 fen. Strain out the residue and take before meals.

Note

Avoid fried or stir-fried foods, fishy-smelling foods, pepper, salty or sour foods, and greasy foods.
