8 qian of Prepared Rehmannia Root, 2 qian of Schisandra Berry, 3 qian of Rubus Fruit, 5 qian of Raw Rehmannia Root, 4 qian of Anemarrhena Rhizome, 3 qian of Phellodendron Bark, 3 qian of Plantain Seed (wrapped separately), 5 qian of Winter Melon Seed, 4 qian of Goji Berry, 1 qian of Licorice Root, 1.5 qian of Xuanjing Stone.
