Drug Formulation

Mulberry leaves (stems and stalks removed) 3 qian, gypsum (calcined) 2 qian 5 fen, licorice 1 qian, ginseng 7 fen, sesame seeds (roasted and ground) 1 qian, genuine donkey-hide gelatin 8 fen, Ophiopogon tuber (core removed) 1 qian 2 fen, apricot kernels (soaked to remove skin and tip, then roasted until golden) 7 fen, loquat leaf 1 piece (hairs brushed off, coated with honey and roasted until golden).

Instructions for Use

Decoct the above ingredients in 1 bowl of water until reduced to 6 fen; take 2–3 frequent doses while still boiling hot.
