5 fen of areca nut, 5 fen of Atractylodes lancea, 5 fen of Magnolia officinalis (processed with ginger), 5 fen of tangerine peel, 5 fen of cardamom, 1 cun of licorice, and 1 piece of fresh ginger (steamed in a damp paper wrapper).
