2 liang of Coptis, 3 fen of Borneol, 2 fen of Musk, 5 fen of Mercury Oxide, and 1 qian of ground Sulfur.

Processing

Take 2 bowls of water; decoct Coptis over alternating high and low heat until reduced to 1 bowl, strain out the residue, then decoct again in a double boiler over low heat until reduced to 1 wine cup; grind the remaining four ingredients into a fine powder and mix thoroughly.
