Drug Formulation

1 liang of white quartz (finely ground to a powder), 1 liang of schisandra berries, 3 fen of ophiopogon tuber (core removed), half a liang of dried ginger (roasted until cracked, coarsely chopped), 1 liang of white poria, 1 liang of aconite root (roasted until cracked, skin and navel removed), half a liang of licorice root (roasted until slightly reddish, coarsely chopped), 1 liang of cinnamon bark,1 liang of donkey-hide gelatin (crushed and stir-fried until yellow and dry), 1 liang of ginseng (with the root tip removed), and 1 liang of aged tangerine peel (soaked in hot water, white pith removed, and baked).

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose; add 3 large jujubes to 1 medium bowl of water, decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take warm at any time.
