Benefits

Instructions for Use
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Separately, roll white flour into a strip and form a ring around the navel. Divide the powdered mixture into three portions; take one portion and first fill the navel orifice with 5 fen of musk powder. Then place one portion of the mixture inside the flour ring, pressing it firmly into place and piercing several holes in the center.Cover the medicine with a slice of Sophora japonica bark, then moxibustion with mugwort. Adjust the intensity as needed to enhance the heat; move the moxa stick alternately from top to bottom and bottom to top until heat permeates the entire body. The patient will inevitably feel drowsy and heavy, as if intoxicated. When the moxibustion reaches the bone marrow, wind, cold, heat, and dampness, as well as the Five Labors and Seven Injuries, will all be completely eradicated.If no sweat appears, the illness has not been eradicated; repeat the moxibustion 3–5 days later until sweat breaks out. After 120 moxa cones, the disease will surely be cured.
Note
Avoid exposure to wind and cold; abstain from raw, cold, and greasy foods.
