Drug Formulation

Green salt 3 liang (simmer in five bowls of water until reduced to three bowls; strain and set aside for later use); black beans 1 sheng (plump ones; use as desired); He Shou Wu 5 jin (soak in rice washing water; scrape off the skin with a copper knife; combine the black beans and green salt water with equal parts wine and water; boil together with the dried He Shou Wu, removing the fibrous strands); white Poria 8 liang,Red Poria 8 liang, Angelica Root 8 liang (washed with wine), White Cowpea 8 liang (soaked in ginger juice, then boiled with equal parts wine and water until dry), Euryale Seed 8 liang (shelled and stir-fried), Coix Seed 8 liang (stir-fried), Asparagus Root 8 liang (core removed), Ophiopogon Tuber 8 liang (core removed), Anemarrhena Rhizome 8 liang (stir-fried with wine),Goji berries 8 liang (stir-fried with wine), Dodder seeds 8 liang (simmered in wine), lotus seeds (with cores removed) 8 liang, Achyranthes root (soaked in wine) 8 liang, Wintergreen berries (soaked in wine) 8 liang, black sesame seeds (stir-fried with wine) 8 liang, Rubus fruit (steamed with wine) 1 liang, Sichuan Morinda root (soaked in wine) 8 liang, and Ginseng (add as needed).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
