Realgar 1 liang, garlic 1 liang, apricot kernels 1 liang.

Processing

Except for the realgar, first pound the other ingredients into a paste, place them in a mortar, and grind them evenly with the realgar. Sun-dry them during the day; when ready for pill-making, roll them into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 21 pills per dose, washed down with clear rice water on an empty stomach at dawn.

Note

After taking the dose, do not wash your hands. Frequently check your fingernails for hair growth; wipe it away as it appears. You may wash your hands only at the hour of Chen.
