Processing
Split the red dates; decoct 20 kg each of raw Atractylodes macrocephala, licorice, red dates, white peony root, red peony root, prepared rehmannia root, and Cyperus rotundus three times for 3 hours, 2 hours, and 1 hour, respectively; combine the decoctions, filter out the sediment, and concentrate under reduced pressure to a thick paste with a specific gravity of 1.38–1.40 at a temperature of 50°C;Grind 230 kg of Cyperus rotundus, Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong, and Corydalis yanhusuo into a fine powder, sieve through a 100-mesh sieve, and mix thoroughly. For each batch, use 20 kg of white granulated sugar; add an appropriate amount of water to make a syrup, then add 5 kg of starch to form a slurry. Place 32.5 kg of calcium carbonate powder, the thick paste mentioned above, and the sugar syrup into a mixer and stir; add the herbal powder,then add the starch paste. After stirring until uniform, pass the mixture through a 14-mesh sieve to form granules. Dry at 60–70°C, screen the granules through a 12-mesh sieve, add 2% talc, and compress into uniform tablets weighing 0.3 g each.

Instructions for Use
Crush raw Atractylodes macrocephala, white peony root, red peony root, and Cyperus rotundus; chop licorice root; and add prepared rehmannia root. Take orally: 4 tablets at a time, 3 times daily.
