Instructions for Use

Add 3 slices of roasted ginger and 2 qian of the white bark from the root of the soapberry tree. Simmer in 2 bowls of water until reduced to 8 fen, then add 1 cup of wine. Take the decoction as needed, depending on the location of the disease, before or after meals. Cover the ulcer with cotton or silk to keep it warm; it is essential to prevent the ulcer from opening too widely and causing the loss of vital energy.
