Burn pig manure to ash, then sift it through a silk sieve.

Benefits

For chronic abscesses and deep ulcers—those that are deeply gangrenous, blue-black in color, with firm edges, and from which pus, blood, and foul discharge ooze from the center, or from which fragments of bone may occasionally emerge—first wash the affected area with Red Dragon Bark Decoction and apply White (草闾) Mushroom Powder. After the discharge has ceased, continue applying the Domestic Pig Dung Powder until complete recovery.

Instructions for Use

Fill the decayed ulcer with the powder until it is full; once the exudate drains out, remove the powder and apply the poultice. If new granulation tissue forms, reapply the White (草阮) Mushroom Powder.
