Angelica sinensis (washed and roasted) 2 liang, Dipsacus asper 1 liang, Ligusticum chuanxiong (soil removed) 1 liang, Evodia rutaecarpa (washed 7 times in boiling water, then roasted dry) 1 liang, Schisandra chinensis 1 liang, Panax ginseng (root tip removed) 1 liang, Poria cocos (peeled) 1 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala 1 liang, Astragalus membranaceus (honey-fried) 1 liang,Chuanxiong 1 liang, Xiangbai Zhi 1 liang, Suo Sha Ren 1 liang, Dried Ginger (roasted) 1 liang, Bi Xie (soaked in wine overnight) 1 liang, Dendrobium 3 liang (roots removed), Oyster Shell (calcined until red-hot, ground into powder) 2 liang, Xiang Fu Zi (stir-fried) 2 liang, Prepared Rehmannia Root (washed, dried) 2 liang,Chinese yam 2 liang, dodder seed (simmered in good wine until soft, dried to 70% dryness, ground to a fine powder in a sand pot, then dried) 2 liang, notopterygium (root tip removed) 2 liang, white dragon bone (ground separately) 2 liang, fennel 1.5 liang (roasted), Chinese cornelian cherry (pitted) half a liang, corydalis half a liang, Sichuan pepper half a liang (roasted until sweating).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
