3 long soap pods (remove the black skin, split open on both sides, and remove the seeds; place 10 castor beans in one pod, 10 Pinellia tubers in another, and 10 apricot kernels in the third; treat the apricot kernels with ginger juice, the castor beans with sesame oil, and the Pinellia tubers with honey).
