2 liang of Qin Jiao, 2 liang of Fangfeng, 2 liang of Fuzi (roasted, peel removed), 2 liang of Changpu,Poria 2 liang, Achyranthes 2 liang, Platycodon 2 liang, Asarum 1 liang, Aconite 2 liang (roasted, peeled), Dioscorea 1 liang, Ligusticum 1 liang, Polygala 2.5 liang (core removed), Aconite 1 liang (roasted), Dendrobium 1 liang,Sichuan pepper 1 liang (remove seeds and closed pods; roast), Dendrobium 2 liang, Angelica dahurica 1 liang, Gentiana 1 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala 1 liang, Cornus officinalis 1 liang, Cinnamon bark 1 liang, Chrysanthemum 1 liang, Epimedium 1 liang, Magnolia officinalis 1 liang (roasted), Morinda officinalis 1 liang, Smilax glabra 1 liang,1 liang of Vitex fruit (if unavailable, use cypress seed kernels), 1 liang of dried lacquer (roasted), 1 liang of Cistanche, 1.5 liang of Schisandra, 1 liang of peony root, 1 liang of Scutellaria, 1 liang of white alum (burned until all liquid evaporates), 1 liang of Dipsacus, 1 liang of white Polygonum, 1.5 liang of Astragalus.

Instructions for Use

Take one fangcun bi per dose, mixed with warm, clear wine, three times daily. If no effect is felt, gradually increase the dose up to 2–3 bi, stopping once the desired effect is achieved. If suffering from heart distress or oppression, drink a small amount of cold water.

Note

Abstain from sexual intercourse for 100 days; avoid raw fish, pork, and Chinese cabbage; contraindicated for those with a hot constitution.
