Scutellaria baicalensis 150g, Talc 100g, Phellodendron bark 100g, Rheum officinale 100g, Northern Cold Water Stone 100g, Gardenia 100g, Anemarrhena asphodeloides 100g, Licorice 100g, Gypsum 100g, Realgar 30g, Borneol 20g.

Processing

Grinding: Grind realgar into a fine powder and sieve through a 140-mesh sieve. Grind Scutellaria baicalensis, talc, Phellodendron bark, rhubarb, cold water stone, gardenia, and gypsum together into a fine powder, sieve through a 120-mesh sieve, then grind with the realgar powder until fine and mix thoroughly. Grind borneol separately into a fine powder, sieve through a 100-mesh sieve, and set aside.Decoction: Coarsely break Anemarrhena asphodeloides and Glycyrrhiza uralensis as appropriate; decoct three times; filter in batches; combine the filtrates; and concentrate into a paste. Granulation and Tableting: Mix the aforementioned herbal powders (excluding the fine Borneol powder) with the concentrated paste evenly; dry; grind; sieve through a 100-mesh sieve; add an appropriate amount of dextrin; mix thoroughly; form into granules; dry; grade the granules; and add the fine Borneol powder.The yield should be 830 g of granules, with a tolerance of ±3%. Add magnesium stearate and mix thoroughly; tableting, coating, and polishing are then performed. The base tablet weighs 0.3 g, and the sugar-coated tablet weighs 0.45 g.
