10 jin of soapberry pods, 1 jin of soapberry bark, 1 jin of soapberry thorns.

Processing

Burn the above ingredients to ash; use 3 sheng of water to leach out the juice, then leach it again over the ash; repeat this process 3–5 times. Then decoct the mixture; when it begins to thicken slightly, add 1 fen of finely ground musk. Use a child’s urine to moisten steamed buns, then shape the mixture into pills the size of small beans.
