Anemarrhena rhizome (hairs removed) 1 liang, Fritillaria bulb (core removed) 1 liang, Apricot kernel (skin removed) 1 liang, Tussilago root (roasted) 1 liang, Sweet shepherd’s purse (roasted through paper) 1 liang, Licorice root 1 liang, Fazi 1 liang, Northern-style ginger (roasted) 1 liang, Guangpi (white pith removed) 1 liang, Platycodon root (roasted) 1 liang,Perilla (sun-dried) 1 liang, Asparagus Root (core removed) 1 liang, Millet Husk (roasted) 1 liang, Inula Flower 1 liang, Glehnia Root (roasted) 1 liang, Dong’e Gelatin (roasted with flour until beaded; if authentic is unavailable, substitute with Huangming Gelatin) 1 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder, mix with refined white honey, and form into pills the size of a marble.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose; steep 2 black plums and 3 jujubes in water to make a strong decoction, chew the ingredients thoroughly, and swallow the pill with the liquid. For children, divide 1 pill into 4 doses. Alternatively, take 1 liang each of black plums, jujube pulp, and white cardamom seeds, dry them in an oven, grind them into a powder with the above herbs, form into pills, and swallow with ginger decoction.
