Instructions for Use

Take 2 qian per dose. At noon, eat only congee; skip the evening meal. The next day, take the medicine on an empty stomach with warm wine. Delay breakfast; a slight sensation of dryness on the body is ideal.

Note

Avoid ginger, pepper, and all heat-inducing foods; the patient must stay in a quiet, separate room, abstain from alcohol and sexual activity, and remain patient and calm. Avoid all foods that induce wind or agitate the qi, as well as meat, fish, salt, sauces, ginger, pepper, raw or cold foods, and heat-inducing substances. Treatment is effective only with a vegetarian diet of plain rice porridge.
