Xiang Sha Jian Pi Wan,For deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach, resulting in impaired digestive function; stagnation of damp phlegm and food accumulation; loss of appetite and difficulty eating; even when food is consumed, it is not properly digested; vomiting, nausea, and regurgitation of sour fluids; a sensation of fullness followed by belching of putrid odors; borborygmi and diarrhea; edema with a yellowish complexion; as well as disharmony of the middle qi, causing fullness and discomfort in the three epigastric regions; and emaciation and weakness of the limbs.

Drug Formulation

Atractylodes macrocephala 4 liang (stir-fried until yellow), Chenpi 2 liang, Cyperus rotundus 2 liang (processed with ginger), aged yellow millet 2 he (stir-fried), Shenqu 1 liang (stir-fried), barley malt powder 1 liang, Aquilaria agallocha 5 qian, Amomum villosum 5 qian (stir-fried).
