4 liang of rice husks (stir-fried with honey until golden-purple and charred; cut into dice-sized pieces from dry steamed buns, then stir-fried with honey until charred).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a chicken egg yolk.
