Drug Formulation

Yesterday’s Leaf Herb (cleaned of soil, roasted) 1.5 liang; Tribulus seeds (roasted, horns removed) 1.5 liang; Peppermint leaves 1 liang; Notopterygium root (root tip removed) 1 liang; Schizonepeta spikes 1 liang; Aconite root (simmered with 1 sheng of black beans until thoroughly softened, then peeled, pitted, sliced, and roasted) 1 liang.

Processing

Grind all ingredients listed above—except the black beans—into a fine powder. Grind the black beans until mushy, then mix with the powder to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
