Instructions for Use

Add 3 large bowls of water to the ingredients listed above. First, simmer the scallions and the other three ingredients for over 10 boils. Then add the fermented soybeans and simmer for another 5–7 boils. Remove the soybeans, add 2 he of rice, and cook into porridge. Consume warm on an empty stomach.
