Phellodendron bark (cleaned, stir-fried with wine) 3 liang, Anemarrhena rhizome (cleaned, stir-fried with wine) 3 liang, Turtle shell (cleaned, roasted with ghee, edges removed) 3 liang, Prepared Rehmannia root (steamed with wine 9 times) 5 liang, Cistanche 2 liang, Sweet Goji berries 2 liang, Dried ginger (stir-fried until purple) 2 liang, Schisandra berries 1 liang, White peony root (stir-fried with wine) 1 liang,Asparagus Root 1 liang, Rubus Fruit 2 liang, Dodder Seed (wine-fried) 2 liang, Atractylodes Macrocephala 3 liang (fried), Dried Tangerine Peel 1 liang, Oyster Shell (calcined with a child’s urine) 1 liang, Cornus Fruit 1 liang, Tiger Tibia 1 liang, Stephania Root (wine-washed) 1 liang, Achyranthes Root (wine-washed) 1 liang, Angelica Root (wine-washed) 2 liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 80–90 pills per dose, taken on an empty stomach with lightly salted broth; during the winter months, take with wine or rice broth.
