Goat Bladder is the name of a Chinese medicinal material. It is the bladder of the goat (Capra hirtus Linnaeus) or sheep (Ovis arnesis Linnaeus) from the Bovidae family. It has the effect of reducing urine output. It is primarily used to treat qi deficiency in the lower jiao, frequent urination, and enuresis.

It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, dispelling wind and dampness, and promoting blood circulation to reduce swelling. It is used to treat sore throat, diarrhea and dysentery caused by damp-heat, jaundice with dark urine, rheumatic pain, abdominal pain from intestinal abscesses, swollen and toxic sores, snake and insect bites, and trauma from falls or blows.

Curcuma

Curcuma phaeocaulis is a commonly used medicinal herb for promoting blood circulation and dissipating masses.
